Pros
The culture and the people, some of the best people you can work with! One of the few companies that communicates effectively, whether the news was positive or not, the did prioritise communication with its employees.
Cons
One of the reasons I joined, was the culture. Naturally when things became difficult from a financial standpoint, some of the cultural elements were deprioritised. Communication between businesses was poor. From one business unit to another. They weren't structured in a way that the subsidiaries could operate efficiently post acquisition.
