Soon after I joined, good leaders and people began to leave. Almost the entire sales team turned over within a year. Events are launched into the market without understanding their customers and market knowledge, nor a clear strategy, focusing primarily on profit. When targets aren’t achieved, the sales team faces toxic pressure. Management can appear dismissive, with little to no accountability, and employee feedback often goes unheard. Many people are under high levels of stress and burnout. The management is operated under fear and intimidation. Resignations may be classified as terminations when it's in the company's interest. Compensation is below market standard with limited commission potential. Overall, the culture lacks recognition, compassion, and consistent support for employees. If you are looking for career growth and high earnings in sales, look elsewhere, particularly for those outside the UK office.
