Pros

- Team members and colleagues across the board are nice and supportive - Access to sophisticated CS tools - Sales Enablement is top notch (the team is extremely knowledgeable, keep up with the latest sales methodologies, great coaching)

Cons

- Low pay and bonus - CS leadership/managers are useless, don't do anything to elevate the team or CS as a function, and we're seen as a support/admin function as a result. I don't think they know what Customer Success truly is and how to run a proper Customer Success function. They are just supervisors and they don't have the knowledge nor experience and skills to take their CSMs to the next level unlike the leaders in sales and account management. Only coaching they can do is on the company's values and useless games, which feel like a waste of time. - Increasingly hiring and replacing CSMs and AMs from cheaper countries, Brazil and Bulgaria. If you are in the US, Singapore or London, you'll be replaced. - Feel like management doesn't like constructive criticism and could easily retaliate even though they keep asking for employee feedback. Already spotted a bully in the AM team. All of the above potentially explain the high turnover that the team experienced this year.

Good company

Pros

The company offers great work-life balance and work from anywhere during the summer. It also has great benefits (including pet insurance) and tuition reimbursement. It is an international company but feels personable because leadership knows everyone by name.

Cons

It provides great learning opportunities for early career employees. As you progress and your priorities evolve (for example if you have the obligation to provide for a growing family,) it may not be the obvious choice.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you find our product engaging and dynamic. We also appreciate your honesty regarding work-life balance. Thank you for sharing your feedback. Flexibility has always been a core part of who we are, and we remain committed to supporting a healthy balance between work and life. While we’ve recently asked employees to spend 3 days a week in the office, we believe this approach still offers significant flexibility while also creating opportunities that are harder to replicate remotely. Time in the office helps foster collaboration, innovation, and team cohesion. Face-to-face interactions strengthen relationships, accelerate problem-solving, and create space for mentoring—especially valuable for those earlier in their careers who benefit from learning through observation and connection. We recognise that striking the right balance is important, and we’re continuously listening to feedback to ensure our approach works for as many people as possible, so please feel free to reach out to discuss this with your manager or HR partner so we can work together on solutions
