Our values are very important and how we work is as important as what we do, so its great to see this is being reflected across your colleagues and managers. Our retention is at the lowest it has been for a few years, but i appreciate the level of growth and change can create confusion. If you are in a country that has gone live with HiBob, the org charts are a great visual way to see the team structure. You are also very welcome to attend any of the monthly SLT induction sessions, to provide a refresh of the teams strategy and deliverables (just contact the L&D team and they can send you an invite).

We do recognise the level of change and there is a specific slot about our transformation in our quarterly Town Hall next week.
