FM Events - a great business with a TERRIBLE leader!

Thriving events business with wonderful colleagues. Strong brand

Cons

The Chief of Events' frantic and coercive approach is driving the team to the brink of collapse, as she resorts to any means necessary to conceal her incompetence. The unmanageable workload she imposes on the team pushes people to breaking point. She shows no regard for the well-being or mental health of others and is a widely regarded bully. Despite a myriad of complaints lodged by many, HR turn a blind eye, appearing complicit in fostering this toxic environment.
