Pros

Smart teammates, strong marketing talent at all levels of the team. Editorial inputs are so valuable and they often are good partners.

Cons

Removal of perks and flexibility Lack of marketing at the top table now there is no CMO, which is really demoralising and feels a backwards step Can feel the difference in company dynamics since the PE buyout - everyone is constantly stressed, there's less space for creative and strategic thinking Squeezed manager level - constant focus on how you manage the team, while senior management don't practice what the HR training sessions preach. Values seem not to apply to senior leadership team.

Cons

Work can be stressful and demanding as some prices are used in clients contracts.
