- Has gone downhill since PE take over - Micromanagement - High stress levels and pressure in some areas of the business - Perks taken away (Friday afternoons off and remote working) - Career progression opportunities unclear - Measly pay increases not even in line with inflation

Thanks for your feedback. Its disappointing to hear that you think the business has ‘gone downhill’. We are going through an incredible growth journey with significant investment and lots of potential development opportunities. While this is an exciting time, we do recognise the challenges it can also create. The pace of change and level of transformation can be difficult, and we acknowledge this isn’t the environment for everyone, but throughout this the welling of everyone remains a top priority. Pay increases are in line with or exceeded inflation and last year we undertook 2 pay reviews to acknowledge the challenging global economic environment we were in. And we have taken on board the feedback on career progression. We now run monthly workshops to help people build and navigate their own career path so please look out for these dates on the monthly L&D newsletter. And we are in the process of rolling out competencies across all teams, so people have a clear view of the skills and experience they need to develop.
