Good benefits and pay, Managers need better training

Cons

No room for advancement. Alot of outsourcing. Upper mgmt is detached.

Thank you for your feedback. Development is a key focus for us. We are currently launching competency frameworks for all our teams, which will support career path and we have recently launched our learning and professional qualifications policy as well as running career workshops across the business. We are also about to launch an internal mentoring scheme, as another way to help personal development and internal advancement. As we grow, we will always review the best way to manage our business resources. While this may include outsourcing some capabilities, our employee headcount has grown over 20% in the last 2 years, and we remain committed to hiring and growing talent internally.
