      Pros

      The working model which Fastmarkets has is one of the best perks to have which an employer can provide. I love working remotely and having to work just half of my shift on Friday. This way I am much more motivated to work when I have enough time for my hobbies and interest outside of work. The pay is great and the targets are achievable. The best part would be my manager, who supports me through all of my work and really motivates me to push myself to hit our targets. All of my colleagues are always ready to help if needed. I highly recommend working here.

      Cons

      The communication between teams needs some improvement. Also, working with clients from different parts of the world means that there will be time, when I need to wake up extra early just to have a single call or stay up really late to call a single client. It is not that often, but it is something that has to be done from time to time. The cons are quite small and insignificant in relation to the huge pros to be here.
