Pros

The onboarding is go-at-your-pace. Company meetings held regularly for employee feedback. Competitive salary. Independence and ownership of my book of business and day to day schedule.

Cons

Harsh commission structure and extremely complex. Leaves minimal room for error and uncontrollable non-sales to receive commission consistently month to month even if you are delivering at 90% to target for the month with high dollar amounts.
