Thank you for your feedback. At Fastmarkets we focus on communication at all levels of the company. The programme of global townhalls, quarterly appraisals, regular team meetings and 1-2-1's are all representative of this. In our most recent employee survey 87% said they understood the company strategy and 81% of employees said that they had clear goals and know what is expected of them. Employee engagement and well-being is of key importance to us as a business. This can be seen in a variety of ways, from offering detailed career development conversations as part of our quarterly appraisal process to the launch of global mental health first-aiders. We recently brought in a work-from-anywhere policy and a two-and-a-half-day weekend as part of this work to ensure the well-being of staff.
