Its great to hear that a big plus of working in Fastmarkets is the people - a sentiment shared by many who have left feedback on Glassdoor. We are very proud of the great people in our team. We recognise that working from home in this current situation is a positive for some and a challenge for others. Whenever government advise has allowed, we have opened our offices for those that are finding it difficult to work from home. But I appreciate that these periods have been very limited. We work very hard to ensure we are able to build the right culture and provide a positive environment for everyone to thrive in. Thank you. We understand that pay and commission are important to someone in a Business Development role and in fact benchmarking and fair pay is an activity that we are committed to. In a number of our BD roles, as with many organisations the pay is intrinsically linked to Sales performance and we also appreciate that the recent climate presented some challenges for some.
