Flexi working - freedom to work from home whenever I need. Friendly work environment. Office politics is to a minimum. Opportunity to learn more about commodities/network with industry insiders.

Cons

Onboarding/training of new hires is lacking. Incremental pay rises are poor. Limited career development programs/training courses offered. High turnover of staff.
