Pros

The Four Seasons Vail definitely "gets by" since they bring in talent with their high pay rates in comparison with their Comp Sets. The Health Care, Dental, Vision Benefits are really good. I love the Employee Ski Pass option or you can use it for something else health related if you're not into that sort of thing. The Employee Cafeteria food is a really nice bonus and the food is pretty tasty and fairly nutritional. The Employee Discount on Spa Treatments is also very good.

Cons

The Planning Committee and the Manager Team are completely uninspiring when it comes to providing great service. The FS touts itself as a company that takes pride in innovation however there are no Quality Improvement projects or teams. The hotel has a great product but the internal structure, processes, and business culture is a shocking mess.

Pros

Corporate, snobby, overhyped food suppressed by bitter old adults who can't let go of their position and realize that there is a new day and age in food arriving. And it doesn't include old snobby men with oversized paychecks to power-trip about what they think is "food" is lacking the word love, blinded by their superficiality.

Cons

They are the four seasons, so unfortunately due to their strategic move to hire a CEO to expand, they are clearly thinking quantity, not quality. Anyone with a high school diploma that wasn't raised on corn and fluoridated water can see that. Anyone with a college diploma can see this is all pretty hilarious. Instead of higher ups doing, you have them parading. Cheers.

Pros

Average health benefits which you pay for each paycheck period. It is great to have on resume due to its global luxury brand.

Cons

Beyond lower standards for employees. Management is a joke and negativity is everywhere throughout the hotel. No proper training, abusive managers, inconsiderate slacking staff, and no support when you need it the most. Horrible work conditions. I expected so much more from this brand and it just left me disappointed. Nothing is ever really done when you bring a concern to management even though they say something will be done. The golden rule is never even applied throughout the hotel among staff members. Egos and young unseasoned managers leave the staff feeling neglected and treated unfairly. Would not recommend wasting your life away here.
