Pros

My company was recently bought by Future and honestly so far it has been a very weird and messy transition and honestly don't really know how things are going to shake out. Future's leadership seems very disorganized and they do not have they greater wellbeing of their employees in mind.

Cons

The office has not been very welcoming and have felt like we are not welcome to their community contrary to the way senior leadership makes us feel.

Pros

A well-resourced, forward-thinking and organised business

Cons

Incredibly cumbersome combination of Google docs, Studio and Slack messages popping off all day. Minimal support and maximum pressure. Work lates and weekends to keep head above water. Feel lost in a machine that chews you up.

- Ahh...your check will arrive on time - Most people are so cool - Unlimited vacation—so long as your boss lets you take the time off

- People are underpaid - Need better benefits - No perks
