The people - It's one big team working together Strategy - Clarity on the direction of the business and priorities Managers - supportive in your career development Hybrid working - having the flexibility and work life balance. Great to be in the office to collaborate with colleagues. Free magazines! Unlimited holidays! Office Communities!

Cons

Areas have been identified through a recent survey and colleague listening sessions. Great to see action plans are being made to make improvements in those areas.

- Inspirational Executive Leadership team who are approachable and knowledgeable - they will always find the time to answer questions - Strategy is very clear and straightforward, and reiterated throughout the year - Genuinely, every single person I've interacted with throughout the business is easy to work with and helpful - Lots of opportunity for development if you want it, and the chance to move to different business areas - Guidance from line manager when you need it, there isn't time for anyone to micromanage others! - We work hard but there is a strong team spirit and we also have fun

Cons

It's extremely fast-paced at Future so it's not for everyone, but personally I love it and the days and weeks fly by!
