      Unlimited paid holiday CMS is easy to use

      Cons

      3 days a week in the office is so, so unnecessary and I cannot stress this enough. With the cost of living crisis this makes it so much more painful having to pay to get the train in. My particular job role requires a lot of concentration and working in the office is so distracting and unproductive. Working from home is great and I really don't understand why people who want to WFH can't just do it as much as they like, especially if it's more productive. The CEO pretends it's to do with the 'culture' when really it's a way to justify renting the overpriced offices. All I hear in the office is people saying how stressed they are and how annoying it is having to come in. Please do something about this, it could be a good place to work if there was more flexiblilty.

      Hi, Thanks very much for the review, we believe the unlimited paid holiday is a great perk too! Thank you for your feedback on working from home, we know it is difficult adjusting after we have all been working from home throughout the pandemic, however we truly believe that collaboration is key for our organisation to succeed, and working together in-person is a big part of that. We never want our employees to struggle financially which is why during the pandemic we set up a hardship fund that paid out over £35,000 to our colleagues.       -lack of direct route to promotions -lack of unity between larger Future companies and acquired companies -no option to fully work remotely in most cases

      Hi there, We're very sorry to hear that you don't feel fairly compensated. We thought it might be helpful to clarify our approach to pay-rises. We have given all colleagues an annual pay rise over the past few years which on average has been in-line with inflation. In addition to this we provide 'exceptional' payrises on a monthly basis to colleagues where it is deserved to reflect progression on an individual level. We'd also like to clarify in terms of location, a large part of our recruitment strategy at the moment is focused on Cardiff in the UK and Atlanta in the US as you rightly point out we want colleagues to have the option of living in lower-cost locations outside of major cities like London.
