      Future is driven and passionate about what they do and they do it very well!

      Future can be a bit distant between top management and the day-to-day staff, specifically knowing what motivates one another.

      Pros

      The company leaders are transparent and communicate regularly with employees. The benefits are good and my colleague are amazing! Everyone helps and pitches in as needed. I have loved working for this company. They really took care of us during the pandemic, and I'm grateful.

      Cons

      I feel like compensation is low for the expertise they want, but that's the only downside I see.

      Unlimited PTO, stock options, flexible working options, fun company activities (holiday party, outings, happy hours), growth opportunities,

      Cons

      Experience really depends on what team you're on. Not always great communication from C-suite. So many new employees from acquisition that it's hard to manage.
