5yChange is hard, and Future has changed A LOT in the last two years. Those changes impacted everything, and hopefully for the better over time, but nobody gets everything right every time the first time. Feedback is how we improve, and unfortunately you felt it was more appropriate for you to leave than to be a part of the more positive change.
But I can assure you, most of your colleagues are not looking elsewhere for work. And we haven't ripped up anything. You're upset, which is understandable, and I hope you're able to find somewhere that makes you happy.
