fantastic holiday benefits and supportive environment for remote flexibility and parental accommodations

Cons

Culture slowly shifted into a very 'corporate America' vibe which is not only cringey but doesn't work well with the UK side of workers. Difficult for career progression unless you're ready to step on people to go up a ladder. Pay is also below industry standards
