Incredible culture Genuine care and investment in colleges Excellent support and training Development programme to retain talent and help people grow Uncapped annual leave Worked for many large companies but this one is unrivalled in the care and support it gives its staff. I’ve never worked in such a happy place where everyone is included. No hierarchy. Very senior managers sit with the rest of the team and are approachable. Company also not only welcomes new ideas but acts on them. They listen to people
