Pros

Brilliant coworkers, creative atmosphere, casual dress, work from home 2 days/week, strong bennies, weekly communication from management, breakfast once a week, onsite or outdoor exercise options, great views, strong work / life balance. Mac platform.

Cons

10 minute drive from restaurants and latte/bakery shops. Very techno savvy company and not for those who won't adapt.

Cons

It's been awhile since I'v been there but my sense is that they don't attract high profile, really smart management--which trickles down.
