Immaturity, complete lack of professionalism, clique-ish, clueless management, favoritism, arrogance, too much "doing whatever I can to get by"... I left a job to take a role here and was offered an above average salary. However, it was a complete waste of my time and energy. This company is a fast sinking ship that places more trust in inexperienced people grinding out more "busy" work than senior folks focusing on a clear, set strategy. Also, while there were clearly wonderfully talented and awesome people working there, a majority of the folks I encountered were just plain rude, sloppy, and lacking both personal and professional skills. Be wary of this place. I'd like to write them off of my resume.
