      Pros

      Furlough was paid back and the bonuses are pretty good compared with other companies.

      Cons

      Management do not listen to employees. Workers are mandated to go back to the office 3 days even though there has been backlash about this. As a result of very low salaries, this is difficult for a many people in the company and senior management seems to just not care at all. Employee well-being isn’t taken into consideration. It is also very difficult to progress at this company, almost impossible to progress past manager level.

      unlimited PTO, decent 401k match

      Cons

      no real employee resource groups, managers micromanage, unlimited PTO but you feel guilty taking it, sales associates do most of the work and are extremely underpaid with no real path to growth, mental health resources needed

      Cons

      Total lack of yearly raises, no raise with inflation or experience or for exceeding targets - no big incentive to do so. Top management (including millionaire CEO) mandating days in office post-coronavirus – very little flexibility on this point. The shareholders are doing well, at least...
