      Typical, underhanded corporation. You’re just a number

      Pros

      Decent salary. But only other good things were the shut down for Xmas and the unlimited holidays.

      Cons

      Although they like to tell you there are there are actually very little growth opportunities, CEO likes to hire his mates as senior leaders despite them not being suitable for the role. Underhanded HR tactics, high people turnover. COO believe he can just treat staff how he wants and talk to them like dirt.

      - some nice colleagues at the various brands

      Cons

      - cheap, cash cow of a business. ruin great company cultures of the businesses they overtake - they like to low ball salaries and over work employees - management is awful, hard to gain access to resources - minimal training when on-boarded to company's internal platforms - nasty, controlling micro-managers

      I really enjoyed my job and the vendors/partners I worked with

      Lack of support/help where needed, lots of harsh words flung everywhere towards everyone, everyone pointing fingers at everyone else rather than seeing the good and letting their strengths shine and propel the entire team forward, WAY too much micromanagement
