We're constantly reaching out to our colleagues for feedback, via engagement surveys and coffee and connect sessions with our leadership to understand what we can do better and have been working to improve in key areas, especially work/life balance, pay and communities. No room for fun is really not fun at all and certainly not something we're happy about. You spend so much of your life at work, you have to feel like there's enjoyment to be had right? Being in lockdown really got in the way of this and while we did loads of stuff online, it doesn't really come close to a bake sale or a quiz night in the local bar or kicking a ball around as part of the office football team of an evening. That's why this year, we've focussed down on getting our office and interest communities back up and running. We think it'll really help people feel a part of something more than the job. We know that feeling like your opinion and expertise is listened to is important as well, that's why we're doing our first ever engagement survey and making sure off the back of it that managers really understand the benefits of listening to their people.
