Big brand but employees last priority

- Financially stable company - Lot's of brands

Cons

- Little to no career progression - Acquires companies and kills their culture - Employees last priority, standard benefits package very poor - CEO often comes across as quite passive aggressive - Company wide meetings feel very rehearsed and fake/ no sincerity.

Thank you for your feedback and we agree, we're lucky to have such a financially stable business. We're sorry to hear that you don't think employees are top of our priority list. We've worked hard to make our benefits package very attractive because employees are number one on our list, and in the people team we really value the free shares for all employees and unlimited holiday. Avoid! Aggressive, top-down culture

Top-down culture, CEO makes all decisions Aggressive style from some of senior management imitating the CEO Obsession with performance updates over doing revenue generating work Constant acquisitions followed by mass exodus of employees after the culture shock

Thanks for your review - we're gutted the market has taken a dive to the point where our one of a kind Value Creation Plan has been impacted. We're confident it will come back up again and that, as our CEO has fought for, all our colleagues will benefit with free shares in the company that they have helped drive to success. In a similar vein, we are unashamedly commercial. We grow through acquisitions, as well as organically, and that can mean that things are in a constant state of evolution. We know this pace isn't for everyone and that sometimes, it can take a wee while for people to come to that conclusion. On your point about top-down culture: we're working really hard to reinvigorate our culture now that offices have opened up again. In a pandemic world, it was vital for our success that Zillah be a key voice steadying the ship. That's not where we are now, so we're giving all our colleagues a voice and a say in the things that are important to them. Our first engagement survey has just closed and we're committed to acting on the feedback and suggestions from colleagues. We're also bringing our office communities committees back to help support an office culture which makes this a really great place to work.
