Expansion has slowed down progressive benefits

Pros

Unlimited annual leave is a big positive and the people that work there are what makes it a nice place to work

Cons

Slow to match any career progression with the correct salary and in recent years has taken on a much more corporate tone. Coming out of lockdowns, the company misjudged their working from home policy massively.

Unlimited time off is obviously great, but can be a double edged sword

Cons

I cannot stress enough how badly paid Future employees are - salaries are not even REMOTELY in line with other companies of this size.
