      Great perks, few career opportunities

      Unlimited holiday is a fantastic perk as our the regular social events

      Cons

      Future constantly keeping buying new companies, so there are few opportunities to progress as any new opening is filled by an incoming manager from a new acquisition making a sideways move rather than being made redundant.

      Future has made a lot of acquisitions recently, and that transition is never as smooth as everyone hopes it will be. Risk of redundancy is a source of anxiety for everyone, and new opportunities in that environment can feel challenging. At the same time, Future has been in a constant state of growth outside acquisitions. We've launched several new brands in the last year with plans to add more, and those teams are constantly being filled by people looking to seek a new challenge and reach new goals. I hope you're able to find a place where you're happy, it's unfortunate you didn't feel like that place was here.

Sometimes deadlines and projects require us to work slightly longer hours, but please remember that taking time to recharge is vital. One of our unique perks is unlimited holiday and we want you to feel empowered to use this, especially after a busy time at work.

      Great up to a point. Overall, I recommend... With caveats

      Pros

      -Autonomy to do your job (unless, as I hear happens, your team is micro managed). -Great brands. -Lovely colleagues across the board. -Always something new to learn.

      Cons

      -Despite efforts to claim otherwise, nepotism runs wide and deep within Future. -If you hate corporate politics then steer clear.
