Pros

An exciting place to work. Momentum, pace and success. Real commitment to constant improvement in both the commercials and the culture. It’s a challenging environment, no question, but that’s just one of the reasons to love it.

Cons

Not unusually for a longstanding media company, it can be haunted by myths, rumours and yesteryear. But overwhelmingly this is a company of hardworking, positive people that look forward.

Thanks for your feedback, we really appreciate it. As with all publishing companies, Future has experienced the need to transition into a digital media business. We've successfully done this and it's been testament to the handwork of the team. Our digital brands are flourishing and the business is moving in some incredibly exciting directions. Obviously, with this evolution comes a great amount of change, both to work processes and the products we offer. Through staff conferences, town halls and regular updates, we like to keep our staff informed and engaged in these decisions during the process. We're proud of the heritage of our brands and we have great people. We also need to remain forward focused and the people in the business need to reflect this. Our people have got us to where we are today and our teams' passions constantly reflect and align with our audiences' passions.
