Pros

Future PLC is out of touch with their workforce and it's cost them extremely good talent. Leadership is not trustworthy nor do they communicate.

Cons

Lack of pay. No follow through on promises made by leadership. Dry promotions are the norm.

- Opportunities for commission - Occasional drinks/food/events - Feels good to be part of something bigger when attending team-wide meetings

Cons

- Low pay; not a competitive graduate salary as advertised - Promises unfulfilled; where they say they will answer queries post redundancy, you receive the same short script they gave you on the day - No formal training as a graduate, unless you take on the extra work of an eighteen-month apprenticeship - Bad office culture; no one making calls on the sales floor is demotivating and doesn't inspire work
