      Flexibility on WFH or the office

      Cons

      Teams at every level are working hours far longer than reasonable as more people resign but aren't replaced because salaries are so low and management is poor at attracting talent.

      Pros

      - Flexible shift patterns - Unlimited holiday - Lovely manager and colleagues - Great training and opportunities - Full hour lunch break - Remote working makes work/life balance easier - Realistic goals and targets - Regular catch-ups with manager to discuss how you're feeling/getting on - Free therapy sessions/GP

      Cons

      - This doesn't apply to me as I'm already remote, but I'm sure it would be nice for other colleagues to have the option to go remote if they want to.
