Good place to chill out and be paid for very little work

Pros

Very flexible working arrangement, management had no idea what was going on and mostly focussed on the London office

Cons

No structure and would have to undo work due to changing KPIs. Future doesn't know it's left hand from it's right and is going down fast

My company was recently bought by Future and honestly so far it has been a very weird and messy transition and honestly don't really know how things are going to shake out. Future's leadership seems very disorganized and they do not have they greater wellbeing of their employees in mind.

Cons

The office has not been very welcoming and have felt like we are not welcome to their community contrary to the way senior leadership makes us feel.
