      Disorganization, Unclear Future, Work-Life Balance, High Turnover, Unclear Direction, No Job Security The Culture changed a lot in my time at Future and the Job I took was unrecognizable from the job I started with.

      Benefits are the best part

      Work is repetitive. You don'y really have any avenue to move up since there is no internal review system. Management is poor, there is high turn over and constant changes to structure. Goals constantly change. You will be scapegoated by supervisors. Zero company culture. Below average pay structure, and no foreseeable bonus. Beware of overtly positive reviews.

      Very little training for new employees, management is hard to reach. Objectives are very rarely spoken through so progression is difficult. A lot of staff turnover
