      Great People! Struggling to support/connect offices, but working on it

      - Friendly, welcoming people at all levels - Collaborative, team mindset - Unlimited PTO! - Flexibility on schedules and work from home (2 - 3 days remote) - Office Lunches and Bagels! - Generally good benefits - Creative Opportunities - Managers that support healthy work-life balances

      - Growing pains of large company acquirements - disconnected departments and accounting/HR spread thin - Slow to develop and support local offices - Unclear Career development - Minimal annual raises - Some departments under-supported - Communication struggles from the local/director level in the US: There are frequent updates from the CEO, but less local communication

      Incredibly long hours, very very fast paced, management see you as a money maker and that's it.
