      Pros

      Very nice management who are understanding, have regular catchups, and will always encourage you to take breaks and take time off. Work is manageable and always help around if needed.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but be aware of the type of content that Future produce. It's a certain quality for social media, so it won't be the highest production quality. If you're looking to work on top-tier stuff, this won't be the place for you.
