      Pros

      It put you there to successes, the job usually gives high visibility for the leadership. The company will challenge your comfort zone and it allow you the change its environment. Very self-service kind of work space that gives space for you to work your own way but in the same time tons of influences that expedite learning.

      Cons

      Very demanding company. Be prepared to work very hard.

      It is a company based 100% on networking and connections, career opportunities depend on who you know more than the job you do. Long time shifts.
