Salary, Benefits, Environment, Very talented people around you: always, multinational culture, no layering (you can email or talk to whoever you need, always)
Cons
Very time consuming (if you don't tell your manager you can't do it, he'll never ask about your health), sometimes has too many initiatives that skip you from your core objectives. Cross management makes you do different things to different people.
