Business Outlook
Pros
Carrer development, benefits, constant information sharing (all the information about company are available), leadership programs, lots of kind of bussiness available to work on (renewable energy, healthcare, current, etc), affinity groups (GLBTA, African, Veterans, etc).
Cons
No work limit, difficulty to have a good work load (very often it is possible to see employees overloaded), leaders not prepared (i believe this is a personal opinion, once, I came from Alstom and even after the acquisition my leaders remained the same).
