      Excellent coworkers, on top of science, learned a lot, a lot was expected.

      Cons

      Company doesn't allow research to do the job. Top management does not understand that you have to be willing to take a risk if you want to be in research and actually succeed.

      Constantly changing environment, re-org's and restructuring of business units. GSK doesn't know if it wants to be an RX pharma company or consumer healthcare company, and as a result doesn't have the right infrastructure in place.
