      - Good compensation; not the highest payer but they do give ample. - Good stuff that you can do like future consoles, mobile phones. etc.

      Cons

      If you think Team Bondi scandal is the sole case within the game development industry, you're absolutely wrong. It's no different in Gameloft. - Zero local organization - Intentional impossible to meet deadlines just to make you feel more pressured when you're pass your deadline and it'll look bad on your resume. - Unrewarded efforts and all. - Senior management doesn't help at all. What's worse is that some senior management are really incompetent in the game development industry world as most of them didn't start as developers themselves but are just competent in speaking and writing in English and French.

      Meh not much, most of my coworkers were good people

      Cons

      -No real structure in the business -Complete lack of organization, I did not receive an onboarding packet during until my 8th month and didn't receive a quota in my year and a half working there -No sales processes or training at all, literally throw you to the wolves -They refused to pay my commission based off of company profits even though that was never stated in my offer letter -Management has no clue what they are doing and have very pompous and arrogant attitudes -Sales turnover like a revolving door -No support for sales in North America -HQ in France does not care at all for Americans it is clear through their actions and words
