Good for a first job in the industry to taste all the bad things, veteran and senior will move next.
Pros
Some talented people Good copy games Very nice studio (furnitures, equipment). You can grow fast in the studio if you know the good people and like doing politics. Some social event
Cons
Poor management Low benefits : Gym membership are apparently too much for a studio that makes millions a days. Nothing to help English speaking workers to be integrate in the Spanish country. You are alone from A to Z ! Be ready. Lack of support from leadership at any stage of the production, decision for the game change every hours, little chiefs fighting each other when they aren't taking holidays in the middle of the production leaving the production team with no planning. Leads aren't doing their job in the 3D Art department by dividing the team and communication is not efficient at all. The turn over is important and people get fired as a monthly routine in a very cold and robotic process. Very poor internal communication, overall mail are censored and restricted by leads and top management. Most of people doesn't even know their coworkers sadly. Grumpy workers in all department exhausted by stupid, endless, poor, crazy management decisions.
