knowledge and clinical data to support the use of probiotics and specific proteins in their probiotic line and formulas, respectively.

Cons

Can't keep up with competitors (enfamil, similac). Focus too heavily on messaging clinical data rather than building and forming relationships with HCPs.

Gerber was very good to employees in terms of HR support and benefits. The organization was undergoing a lot of change while I was there and despite the push to be successful, efforts to maintain people, protect them from Covid-19 and keep morale up were really good.

Cons

Priorities changed a lot, which were not necessarily a fault of the leadership. This made it hard to hit personal targets as projects constantly changed.
