Interesting work environment seeing steel being made, never boring. Great opportunity for motivated engineers to make improvements. Great opportunity to learn technically (mechanical engineering and metallurgy), and inter-personally. Good work/life balance (straight 40 hr weeks), flexible start/stop times. Colorful people. Opportunity to work with the entire range of the business operations. Decent pay with bonuses based on production.

Management are taking the company to the ground. They don't listen to their employees on how to improve productions. Acting they know everything but clearly they don't. There are a lot of good workers there being with a company for years; and haven't received a decent raised. Majority of the managers do a lot of discrimination and do favoritism based on your skin color or background. They will terminated a minority in a heart beat, but will protect a white employee when they make a mistake. This company needs to be under investigation on how they treat their employers.
