Pros

1.)Amazing loving caring team all the way through. 2.)Fun! 3.)I learned so many things and not even just about hair, the memories and the experiences I had were amazing 4.)Never a dull moment even on a dead day

Cons

1.)rude and smelly customers is something you get anywhere but as a stylist this has to be the worst thing besides the hair splinters 2.)Not every team works together as well as the last. Some people are mean and over competitive which can be a lot sometimes but if your passionate that won’t stop you at all!

Pros

Pay is good. Owners are friendly. Employees are nice and easy to work with. Customers are there don’t have to stress about finding your own.

Cons

Management is terrible all the way around. Area manager is a joke never at work, hardly on the floor, always leaving early, never has to close, just sits around most of the time. Should not have her position. Got raises and lost all commission. No pay to travel. Vacation time is hard to get 40 hours. Holidays they only want to pay 6 hours when you work 9 hour shifts.
