Pros
Young culture with a "fun" (aka unprofessional) environment. Great if you are looking to escape a more traditional workplace.
Cons
Groupon is a company that grew very quickly and is solving some of its need to right size the organization by treating employees poorly so they will leave. Attrition is high (about 40% annual voluntary turnover), management has little respect for the employees and only very aggressive personalities with little to no regard for others are successful.
