      Pros

      I've been working with IGG for more than 2 years. I would say from an objective perspective that the company is in its up growing trend though there are still some areas for improvement. The company is employee-focus oriented. They care about employees. I got really touched when I received the thanksgiving gift from the company, showing its appreciation for every employees' contribution in this pandemic year.

      Cons

      Sometimes deadline is tight and a bit work pressure, but it's a usual circumstance, no matter whichever company you work with.

      - Nice view from the office - Good compensation and severance package - Free snack/pop - Friendly coworkers

      Cons

      The management moves very fast, so the schedule can be a little hectic. On top of that, the entire studio reports to the China headquarter, taking instructions from them can sometimes be an issue.

      IGG Canada is an absolute dream job. Health coverage, allows for family priorities, few to no unexpected overtimes and no unpaid overtimes, professional, challenging in the right places, engaging, receptive supervisors and management, snacks/food in office, astounding work hours (10 - 6)
