      Getting better..... but slowly

      Pros

      Fast growing company that issues stock to all employees, so you do get a nice bump from that. If you position yourself well, you have access to lots of different types of jobs. The integration efforts of acquired companies are coming along slow and steady. Much better than just a few years ago, but still slow for a medium sized global business.

      Cons

      SLOOOOOOOWWW moving. Terrible bureaucracy and not getting that much better. Easy to get lost in the shuffle. Not a clear career path.

      Pros

      Great Benefits, stocked free kitchen, no "big brother' looking over your shoulder, great learning environment, professional people that are willing to help on another.

      Cons

      Lower starting salary for an expensive place to live. I can hardly afford to live in the area because of housing and gas prices. I wish MOD would compensate higher than they are. However, I know others that get paid great.
