      Acquire the financial experience and move on as the management only wants a work force for short term

      Pros

      Good place to learn and test the new technolgies in live environment. IT infra structure is still developing, and management is willing to adopt new technologies.

      Cons

      One has to fight for a VP role even with more than 10 year industrial experience, while management is recruiting VPs even with out a Bachelors Degree.

      - Lots of opportunities to own projects or tasks - Lots of exposure across various teams and aspects of the industry - Name recognition growing - Very open to hiring people with non-financial backgrounds - Still growing and maturing as a company, lots of freedom to define your own job

      Cons

      - Very obscure promotion rules - Overly flat structure (Associate, VP, Director and MD) makes promotions very difficult to obtain - Poor internal IT infrastructure - HR team is nearly entirely benefit-review focused, and doesn't provide much internal support - Low Comp against industry. Lots of people have left specifically because as the banks have picked up hiring again, comp simply isn't competitive any more.
