      Very knowledgeable co-workers. Nice environment, good people. Room for growth. Growing company, lots of acquisitions. Some management supportive of their employees.

      Cons

      Communication problems, could be deliberate. politics and back stabbing. wrong people making the wrong decisions. large growth means large turnover.

      Very interesting work, majority of developers are knowledgeable and can adapt to ever changing requirements. Freedom to make decisions and use common sense to complete deliverables.

      Cons

      With all of the freedom to make decisions, little support to help achieve goals. Short term revenue is the driving factor, little thought given to long term strategy or investment in big picture opportunities
